“Living here has been absolutely amazing. You cannot beat the quality of these duplexes for the price you’re paying. I expected to pay $200 more monthly! The neighborhood is also amazing. It is very family friendly; considering most people living here are young professionals starting new families. I am also beyond satisfied with the quality of the management here. Anytime I need anything done, all I have to do is call Kevin on his cell phone and it is as good as done. I feel as if Kevin has gone out of his way to get to know my family and treat us more like friends rather than tenants.
