We can’t believe it has been six months since we moved into our house here on River Branch Road! As our home is so prominently remembered as being the 1st place winner for architectural design in the 2008 Parade of Homes, we still have people ringing our doorbell asking who built our home, and if they can come in and see it? They also ask questions like, “What did you end up doing with that awesome room off the foyer?” Or, make statements like “that house was absolutely gorgeous inside…you’re so lucky to own it.” This is a tribute to both of you since it was move in ready by the time we discovered it. Without a doubt, we always recommend you highly.
As time goes by and we have had the opportunity to see other new homes, we sometimes have to snicker when we see the kind of quality and craftsmanship evident in our home. The time you spent on the job during its construction certainly paid off. And, since our purchase of this gorgeous home, you have given your immediate attention to all our questions and concerns, and you always make us feel our home is your number one priority. It would be great if all businesses had your integrity.

I would like to comment on the entire process of the home that we bought from Bella Homes on Nov. 1st 2007.
Pre Home Construction: I was fortunate enough to be able to watch the home being built at 323 River Birch as Kevin Pagliari the builder was about two thirds complete when I found the home in Aug. 07. The construction was superb, and the workmanship that went into the detail was second to none. As I met Kevin that day along with my realtor he invited me over to his home to see the finished product. I was very impressed to be able to see what the home would be in its finished version, as he built the same design as his personal residence. I found Kevin very professional in his approach as he showed me the entire layout of the home and the special attention he described as he used all the square footage to his advantage (i.e. storage and closets). The home was exactly what I needed for my family with enough room for in-laws. I really appreciated the time he spent explaining all the work and could easily determine that he loved his job and wanted to build homes with the customers in mind. That just about sold me as I had looked at over 25 homes in the Greenville area over the span of 5 days and nothing really excited me until I found a Bella Home. As the bid and paper work started to move on the home, Kevin and I met again to make some modifications for my in-laws living area. He made life so much easier being able to adjust from his basic plan to accommodate my needs. He did warn me that the cost could increase as I adjust from the plan but that is what I needed to make everyone comfortable so I gave him the needed changes. This made life easier that finding a home that was already complete and then having to change it’s design. His wife Leslie, who was in charge of all the interior designing helped me immensely with lights colors and fixtures. We were able to change the motif on the final look and my wife was very happy for that fact.
Finished product: The home was completed on schedule, and we closed as was stated in our contract. The home is just what we needed with enough space for our dogs and the fact that we wanted our privacy around us. Kevin and Leslie furnished me with a list of all the sub-contractors contact information and explained if any thing arises that they would be most helpful and they were. They also gave me contacts for my fence and appliances etc. As stated by Bella Homes in their home warranty they did always check up and see if we needed anything
