Biography of Kevin Pagliari
The following information describes qualities and attributes of Kevin Pagliari, General Building Contractor. His experience in building, remodeling, and development is an asset to any project that he begins. His dedication and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction shows in his work.
Experience:
17 years of construction experience with various styles of homes, duplexes, handicapped projects, and commercial projects.
Commercial experience includes duplex communities, apartments, commercial restaurants, metal structures, and hotels.
15 years of experience with rules, regulations, and installations of sprinkler and fire alarm systems for residential and commercial projects.

Dedicated individual with an attitude towards success
Experience managing multi-million dollar projects with successful outcomes
Experience in design/build with architects and engineers in the life safety and fire industry
Experience in design/build with architects and engineers with multi-million dollar commercial projects
Education and Certifications:
Masters of Business Administration
NC Burglar Alarm License certified by the State Bureau of Investigation
NC Unlimited Building Contractor License
VA Unlimited Building Contractor License
